Common Interest Community

Williamsburg II HOA is a voluntary homeowner’s association.  Homeowners do not have any dues assessments. In order to fund community activities, such as yard of the month, Movie Night in the Park, Holiday Hayride, Holiday lighting contest and several other events during the year, homeowners are asked to contribute $35.00 a year. This is not mandatory.

Legal Description

Williamsburg II is legally known as Williamsburg Filing No. 3, a Replat of a portion of the Meadows Filing I Amendment 2, however we are not a sub association of any other HOA in the area. There are other HOAs in the area that are portions of the Meadows, but we are not.
